White Chocolate Fruit Tart
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 box white chocolate flavored, sugar free instant pudding
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1/4 C almond milk
- 1 lb fresh strawberries or other fruit, trimmed, bite-size
- 2 T fruit preserves, your choice
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and pudding and beat with mixer at medium speed until smooth, then pour into a pie dish. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Plate, garnish with the fruit and preserves, and serve.
